Scottsdale Civic Center Mall. This newly constructed mall is part of the $25,000,000 cost of the whole Civic Center Complex. To the left is the Pepperwood Building and the Pepperwood lookout tower. In the distance is the Old "Red Shoolhouse" of the early day Scottsdale, which now houses the Chamber Of Commerce.
