Located on the Civic Center grounds, it is one of the most modern and complete in the Southwest. A few of its special features are - air-conditioned throughout, ramps for wheelchair patrons, and auditorium seating 350, study carrells, rooms for recorded music, Braille books, recordings, projected books on film for invalids, and a most interesting collection of books on Arizona and the Southwest.
